I have a perpetual licence for both Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2018, but wheni tried to open premiere today it said my licence had expired, and when i tried to re-enter my serial number it wouldnt accept it and told me to contact customer support.
did you install a trial or subscription of something cc?

I bought it though a resller that sold software and licences to charities, because i worked at one when i bought it. It was august 2018 and i dont think it exists anymore it got bought/ merged into a competitor.
There may have been some special licenses for charitable institutions, but the reseller should have been explicit about the conditions of sale.
I recommend purchasing directly from Adobe in the future.
