Premiere popup nag

I use Photoshop Elements 2023.

Over the past couple of months it appears Premiere 2024 was released and ever since whenever I use Photoshop I have to see a popup for Premiere to trial etc.

Is there anyway to get rid of this permanently?

Just let it ride for a coupl,e of weeks, click on mayber later a few times, it will go away.

Still waiting for it to go away a month later. 

Guess the good news is that whilst waiting I've discovered Inkscape (which is free to use) and Clip Studio Paint which can cover Elements until the nag goes, if it doesn't it'll save me ever buying the new version.
