Print command goes to wrong printer

New Here ,
Sep 03, 2017 Sep 03, 2017

I have installed a new printer which is now my default windows printer.  When I go to print a picture the default printer is selected and I am able to make adjustments for print quality, paper size and type but when I press "print" the instruction goes to my old printer which is still available on the network.

Hi Ian Lawrence,

Please clean the application preferences as mentioned in Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements  and then try printing.

Thanks,

Arshla

Does this happen when you print both from the Editor and from the Organizer?

What happens when you print from another application?

Thankyou for that.  Deleting the preference file and then re-setting preferences in the application did the trick.

Ian
