Print on paper size 11" x 14" and 13" x 19"

I reinstalled Element 13 to my new desktop computer, and now it gives me only five paper size options ( small size). I need to print on 11" x 14" and 13" x 19" which I could select before.

How  do I do this?

I don't have PSEv.13, but here is what I have to do to get to this target:

Working in Editor:

File>Print

In the dialog that opens, #3 Select Paper Size, use "user defined" in the drop-down

For #5 Select Print Size, use "Custom" in the drop-down

This brings up the Custom Print Size dialog where you can enter the dimensions.

Thanks for response but don't have "user defined"....have tried playing with custom print size every way but still shows letter in box for paper size. Before going to paper size ....I had many alternatives but now only have five with largest being "Letter".....

Are the large paper options available to you if you print from the organizer and/or from another application?

They are not available from organizer or another application (same five sizes) and yet I have used elements and printer for years for larger sizes

Suggest that you check on the printer manufacturer's website for the latest driver. Also, it can't hurt to give them a call if the problem remains.

Hi, Could the driver be the problem with my Epson printer?  All of a sudden it's printing yellow lines horizontally across page 3-4" apart.  Have tried all trouble shooting ideas - cleaning heads, changing cartridge, etc.  Thanks for info if this ever happened to your Epson printer.  Trish
