Some more details about your problem would be helpful. Are you having difficulty printing with both the Organizer and Editor? Are you getting any error messages? If so, please provide a screenshot or the exact wording of the message.
In the meantime, most printer errors can be fixed by resetting the preferences file. In the Editor, go to the Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button. Close and reopen the program and let us know if it fixes your problem.
