Betreft HP printer OfficeJetPro 6970. Print wel, alleen niet bij het programma Photoshop Element 14.

Er is een melding t.w.: Omdat de standaardprinter niet open kan worden. Wie kan mij helpen ?

1. Go on the HP web site and make sure that you have the latest driver for your printer

2. Reset preferences to default, as that may allow you to print
