Printing all pictures open in editor - how to print just one?

HI All,
I trust you'll help me again!!
My dad uses elements editor to crop pictures to a 9x9cm size and then places 4 of them onto a template I set up for him, so that he can print one A4 piece of paper with 4 pictures on.
He then prints on the rear.

These pictures go into coaster holders.

The problem we have is, when we go to print, it shows all the open pictures on the left hand side and Dad often forgets to check this, and remove the unwated pictures, and ends up printing the 4 pictures he wants on one piece of paper and the 4 pictures on other pieces of paper.
I've gone through the settings and can't find a way of telling it just to print the active picture.

Can this be done?

He uses a Mac.

I've added a picture (from the help files I've been reading) of the stage we are at when we see all the pictures and I know we can select a picture and click remove, it's just that dad doesn't remmeber to do this.
