problème avec photoshop

Bonjour,

Depuis la dernière mise à jour de photoshop, je rencontre un soucis. Quand je veux déverrouiller la photo, celle-ci devient blanche, ou encore quand je veux recadré la photo pareil elle devient blache. Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider?

We're sorry to hear about the trouble with Photoshop and for the delay in responding.

Can you tell us the version of the application and operating system you are using? Is it Photoshop or Photoshop Elements? Would you mind sharing your workflow? You started noticing this issue after the update. Is it for all the files?

Please try re-installing the application once. 

If you refer to Photoshop Elements, try resetting the preferences once after keeping a backup.
