Bedankt , ????

Have you possibly turned off photos from the View>Media Types menu?  This is easy to do if you accidentally hit Ctrl+1. If so, try pressing Ctrl+1 which will toggle the photos view back on.

Or have you possibly set the visibility of Hidden Files to show only hidden files?  If so, change it back to Show All Files.

What do you mean when you say the folders and albums in the Organizer always disappear?  It seems to me that you have an empty catalog and would need to import the media, or else convert your existing catalog from Elements 11.

Did you install Elements 2021 on the same computer as Elements 11?  If so, when you first launched the 2021 Organizer, you should have been given the opportunity to convert your existing catalog.  If you didn't do that, then you can convert the catalog by going to the File>Manage Catalogs menu and clicking on the convert button.  If you only have one (Elements 11) catalog on your computer in the default location, it should be listed in the dialog.  Select the catalog and then click the Done button.

If this doesn't solve your problem, we need more details about what you have done and what exactly has disappeared, and where has it disappeared from - a new catalog, a converted catalog or something else?

If you are using a different computer for the programs, you would need to backup and restore the old catalog from the old computer to the new computer.

Bedankt ??
