Ref. Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025: My purchase confirmation said, it includes the Photoshop Elements 2025 mobile Beta App. I am supposed to access it via TestFlight. I installed TestFlight app on my iPhone but it does not let me sign in, it is asking me for the code that I am supposed to ask Adobe about. I managed to reach a person at Adobe, despite various Bots making it extremely difficult, got a telephone appointment for yesterday evening, but no one called me. I hope this community can help.

The mobile app was an experimental beta app. As far as I can tell it is no longer operative.

I'm not sure what you were hoping to do with the Elements beta app, but there is a free Photoshop app that may serve your purpose. There is also the Elements Web which is part of Elements 2025 which has some online functions.

It says, it is included in the package I bought. I've attached the screenshot. If I bought it, I'd like to have it. I am away from my computer most of the time and do a lot on my mobile. According to Google, I need the Adobe Developer to send me a link. Or a code for TestFlight App. The free Photoshop App is very limited. I have wasted three days so far, they first say I'll have a phone call, I wait, no phone call at all, and then my case gets closed as "resolved". It should not be like that, what a contrast with Apple, for example.

Your screenshot does not show me what you are relying on. I'm sure that if you were able to download TestFlight for your iPhone and attempted to install the Photoshop Elements phone app, there would be some limiting language about the license. I had full access to the app, but if I try to open it now, I get a message that the Beta has expired. And when I tried to open the app as a new user, I got the message: This beta isn't accepting any new testers right now.
In any event, the actual app on the phone had very limited editing capabilities and I can tell you that the iPhone photo app has far more editing capability than the Elements app. (And I'm not even talking about the latest iOS version that was just released.) I'm pretty sure that the Android native app is also more capable.
I have a Photoshop CC subscription so I can't tell you exactly what the Photoshop app free version includes. But again, I suspect that it is more robust than the Elements phone app was.
If you need to edit photos away from your computer, you can use the Elements Web (beta) and access it from your phone's web browser. The link is available from the Elements Web button in the bottom panel of the Organizer. And you can also use this link from a web browser on your phone.
I am sorry that you have had a shabby response from Adobe Support. But, frankly, you are wasting your time pursuing this issue any further (IMO).

Thank you. If the Bot told me right away that the Beta app was discontinued, I would not persevere. Then it should not be included in the list of apps. TestFlight says I should receive an invitation from the developer and redeem the code. It does not give any other options and does not ask for anything else. I've attached a combined file with two screenshots. I really need the Elements just to resise the photos, for my club dpi competitions. I don't know how to use it properly. But if I had an app, I could try to learn it.
You are so knowledgeable, do you work for Adobe?

No, I do not work for Adobe. But as a Community Expert, I am able to access some of the people who do. I have reported your issues to Adobe.
I don't know of any phone app that would allow you to simply change the dpi of a photo. Are you talking about cropping the photo? If so, pretty much any photo app will allow you to do that. You can only change the resolution of a photo in the Elements desktop program.

1. Thank you for reporting my issue. No, resizing is not like cropping. I've attached the screenshot of the requirements. But if I had the App, I could learn Elements easier, on the go, on the train, etc.
2. Also do you know how to stop Pop-Up "you are in the wrong country"? I am in the write country, it is the UK, even help desk in India confirmed it, but they said everyone has the same problem (they did not know anything about the mobile App. The chap texted that he is a Photoshop specialist not the Elements expert, and that their Bot gets confused and does not distinguish between the two, and sent me to the wrong specialist. Their help buttoms seem better to avoid if one does not want to waste days worth of time.)

Are you getting the wrong country pop up in the Elements program or in some Adobe help website? I have never seen that reported with the program itself.

And are you using a VPN that is perhaps disguising your true location?

Try going to Edit>Preferences>Country/Region Selection. You will be able to change your region from United States to United Kingdom.

Mine already says "United Kingdom". I've inputted it. The support said to wait 48 hours, but now it is much longer than that.

You may need to reinstall the program. On the first setup screen, I believe that the installation defaults the Language to English (United States). I assume (but don't know for sure) there is also a choice of English (UK). (I am originally from the UK, so I am bilingual. 😁)
The only way to change the Language choice is from the installer. I am away from my computer for a few days so won't have the chance to test whether there is a language choice for English (UK).
Also, are the Preferences>Region settings the same in both the Organizer and the Editor?
