Problem Importing Captions

New Here ,
Mar 20, 2019 Mar 20, 2019

I've recently switched from Picasa to Elements Organizer 14 to organize my photos.  But I find that Elements Organizer does not show the captions that I added in Picasa.  In Organizer, you can see the captions in the metadata under IPTC Description and EXIF Image Description, but it does not display.  Instead, you see "Click here to add caption".  Is there anything I can do to automatically get the caption into Elements?

I don't know how Picasa store the captions.

If they are stored in the same IPTC fields as the organizer, try to select thumbnails, right click and 'update thumbnails'.
