problem installing update for camera raw in PSE 15

When attempting to install the camera raw update I get a window indicating an update failure, as the applications manager is already running.

How do I close this manager so that the process can proceed?

You can check for running applications or processes in Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac)
