Problem loading Elements 7

Elements 7:  purchased May 14/09,  re=loaded July 21/09

I have been using this program since purchased (an used it constantly as a member of a large Photography Club), and 1 year ago switched to Windows 10. All still worked fine. A short while ago I uploaded a new Windows 10 patch and ever since then I cannot get Elements to load and work. It loads to the main screen but no tools or other options appear and the only way to get out of the program is to re-boot the computer. I have checked online for solutions and there are many chats about what appears to be this problem after loading the patch with many others.

Is this an Adobe problem? Is there a fix? What can I do? Do I need to upgrade the Elements program to a newer version. Please advise if you can..

Many thanks, Lawrence

No, it's a Windows problem.

You can try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.

Personally, I would get the newest version of Photoshop Elements.  It's worth the investment.
