Problem mit text

Immer wenn ich in den Photos Texte einfügen will bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung Textbaustein nicht initialisiert.

Habe die Software komplett neu installiert danach ging es einmal dann tart der Fehler wieder auf

Betriebssystem ist Win 10

Hi,

Please follow these instructions:

• Quit the application.
• Go to location C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
• Rename folder TypeSopport to TypeSupport_old
• Restart the application and see if it works fine.

Ok I did renaming this folder but no change
