Problem : Unable to get new Photo Editor to work

I just bought Premiere Elements in a box for my PC. The redemption code was inside the box. I installed Elements.  When I open the App and Photo Editor, I'm sent to Free Trial.  I already paid for it.  What can I do to get the phot editor to work?

Redemption codes are used to get the actual serial number,

ALL Serial numbers for photoshop elements begin with 1057.

ALL Serial numbers for Premier elements begin with 1143 

You can find your serial number, once you use your redemption code, in your adobe account info.

Below is a small snapshot of what my Adobe Account info looks like.  Yours will look similar- it will list the items you have registered.

TO REDEEM YOUR CODE:  Do this to get your serial number.  jus Tcopy and paste the serial number when that free trial thingy shows up.

Premiere Elements is a video editor.

Photoshop Elements is an image editor.

They are separate programs with separate serial numbers.   Did you purchase both, or did you only purchase Premiere Elements?

Best Buy sold me the wrong product.  I asked for Photoshop Elements.  They told me it was the same.  Thank you for clearing this up.

Start playing with this.   Once you get it your purchase sorted out:  just enter the Serial number from that purchase and you will be good to go.
