Problem vid flytt av elements till ny dator

Jag har i en ny dator laddat in elements 2024. Gjorde sä.kopia från gamla datorn på min server. Valt importera och markerat men bilderna i arrangören är oskarpa samt inga taggar är med! Om jag istället i arkiv ska återställa katalogen så finns en del "återställ till" !? Vad ska där stå?? Nu står ingen men hittar inte vad jag ska återställa till när jag bläddrar?

Here are the instructions for moving a catalog from one computer to another. Simply copying the files from one computer to the other will not work to transfer the tags (without a lot of work). If you give us more details about what you did, I may be able to suggest some other methods. But the recommended way is to backup the catalog from the old computer and restore it to the new one.

HI I am not a computer man and I have Swedish elements, however I will try
to explain what I have done.
I have all files, maps, in my Synology NAS. I made a full security copy of
the catalog to a map in Synology from the old computer. Then on the new
computer I created a new catalog. I opened the archive and clicked on
restore catalogue. There comes a picture saying where to find the security
copy. I marked the map and file for that. Then next I should mark, restore
to and goal. There I did not know what I should find!
Instead I opened the security file .tly and marked all files and started.
Photos came in to organiser but are slightly blurred and with no tags. This
was obviously a wrong way.
So now I do not know what to do!
I hope you understand my explanation?

When I get the window "restore from CD, DVD or hard drive" in the lower
part I do not have the option to restore files and catalog to original
location ! I only have option to new location !
Therefore I do not know what to do !

I made a full backup of the catalogs on my Synology Nas from my old computer. Then I sarted elemnts in my new computer and restore catalogs from cd, dvd or hard drive. I selected the tly file in my NAS and in dialog restor file and catalog to, I did not have the option original location. It was not there. I made a new map in my NAS called "bilder Adobe". selected and started restore. When it is ready all pictures in organiser are blurred, not sharp!!? WHY? I have Photoshop 2024.

This does not work for me! What do I do wrong?

Jag får inte det att fungera. Har gjort en fullständig säkerhetskopia från gam,la datorn till min NAS. Går över till nya datorn och ska återställa då kommer bilden upp som i dok2 . Vad ska jag skriva i återställ till? Mina bilder ligger på min NAS som i DOK 1 Bilden som syns i dok 2 är oskarp och så är alla bilder. Vad gör jag för fel??
