Hi Adobe community,
Photoshop worked normally on Friday - come to it on Monday and the entries in the drop-down lists aren't visible, along with the "Quick/Guided/Expert" titles. I also noticed that the "opening/loading" screen looked different, as mine generally shows the various names of those involved in the project. I did the only thing I could think - uninstall and re-install. Didn't fix anything. Any ideas would be great.
Sam

Try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.

Sam, sorry, I don't have a solution. I'm having exactly the same problem. Have you found a solution yet? If so, I would very much like to know it.

I, too, have the problem. PSE 11 was working just fine until about a week ago. Now I can't get past the opening screen in the editor. I get a spinning beachball. After forcing the app to quit (many times!), I read the problem report and it says I'm missing a file: "Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/AdobeCrashReporter.framework/Versions/A/" I cannot reinstall my app because I have a relatively new MacBook Pro without a DVD drive (a stupid move on Apple's part!). I also have such limited bandwidth usage from my internet provider that downloading will take 1/7 of my monthly allotment—and I still have almost the entire month left to go before it resets. I also did not want to upgrade PSE higher because I've been perfectly happy with version 11. I don't need the social media functions of the newer versions.
I don't have a lot of faith in getting an answer here since so many of the posts are unresolved, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
