I have Elements 13, Windows 10. Backup stops before complete. No notification as to why. (Last one was 79%). I have 500 gb drive I am backing up to so space is not the problem. Anyone know what I can try?
Make sure you have no missing files in your catalog. (Use the Find>All missing files menu.) Delete or reconnect all missing files. Also, perform a repair and optimization of your catalog. (File>Manage Catalogs>Repair/Optimize buttons)
