Problemas elements organizador

Por favor, he instalado nuevamente el adobe photoshop 2022, y se ha instalado con éxito. Pero cuando intento cargar el "elements organizater" no consigo que se active. Vamos que se tira un buen rato intentando cargar, pero no lo consigue. El programa es original de Adobe con licencia. A ver si me pueden indicar algo. Gracias.

Lo he desinstalado y vuelvo a instalar. Perfecto. Gracias

How many times have you installed the program?  The license only allows you to activate the program on two different machines at a time.  Does again (nuevamente) mean that you are installing the program on a new computer or are you installing again on the same computer?  If you are installing on the same computer again, why was that necessary?  What problems did you have with the program that required you to install it again?

Gracias. Un saludo. Lo estoy instalando solo en una computadora. El problema fue que reinstale la computadora porque iba muy lenta y se apagaba de vez en cuando. Decidí repararla desde el inicio y después instalar adobe. La instalación de adobe Photoshop elements fue mal porque daba error 183, y porque le faltaba un archivo de librería .dll.  Pero el soporte de adobe me ayudó a resolverlo y lo instalé. Lo que pasa es que al día siguiente entré en el programa y no me ejecutaba el elements organizer. Entré en los archivos del programa y sí que estaba la carpeta, pero dentro del archivo me faltaba el ejecutable de elements organizer.  CREO QUE ESE ES EL PROBLEMA REAL. QUE NO ME ENCUENTRA EL EJECUTABLE Y POR LO TANTO NO SE ACTIVA EL ADOBE ORGANIZER. 

MUCHAS GRACIAS. ESPERO HABERTE INFORMADO BIEN. NO OBSTANTE HE ABIERTO UN TICKET SOPORTE ADOBE.

Unfortunately, Adobe will probably tell you that they no longer support Elements 2022.

• Feliz año. Pues la verdad que sí que me han ayudado a la instalación de adobe Photoshop elements 2022.  Bueno lo volveré a instalar a ver si esta vez me activa el organizer elements.

Gracias. De todas formas todavía no he solucionado el problema por lo que inicié este post. Y es que no consigo que el adobe elements organizer se me active en el programa adobe Photoshop elements 2022

How are you trying to start the Organizer?

Pues entrando en el programa, en la página principal, o desde el editor.

Press the Shift key when you launch the program.   That should open the Manage Catalogs dialog.  Creat a new catalog and see what happens when you try to open it.
