Problems opening files RAW format NRW

I just bought Photoshop elements 2020 as a replacement for 2018. I have a Nikon P 950 camera where I take pictures in the RAW format NRW. This format should be open in your plug-in Camera Raw 12.12, which I have downloaded from your website. I can't associate the Camera Plug-in program with PS element 2020, what am I doing wrong ?? I hope you can help me open my photos in RAW format and do editing in RAW.

I have moved your post over to the Photoshop Elements forum where it should get a better response.

IIRC, although I don't use PS Elements, you need to Update the program to get the newest Adobe camera RAW version.

I do not think you can install the ACR plugin for use with PS elements. That is only for the Real Photoshop and Bridge.

Unfortunately, adobe has only updated photoshop elements 2020 to camera raw 12.0 and you need at camera raw 12.2, so you won't be able to open the Nikon P950 nefs without first using the adobe dng converter to convert the P950 nefs to dng copies which pse 2020 should be able to open/import.
