Problems (twice) with PSE 2021 download.

Purchased and downloaded (12/9) PSE 2021 to my mac running Catalina with iOS version 10.15.7. When started and in Turorials Help, program only referenced Organizer 2019 review. Contacted Adobe, they said, "some issues with downloading" offered to sell me PSE 2020." I declined. Deactivated program and received refund.

Contacted them ~12/26 and was told problems "solved", so, I repurchased and downloaded. First couple of starts resultd in no repeat of the original problem, but a couple of closures and error message about "disk" problems. This AM started the program and it reverted back to the previous problem of offering PSE 2019 overviews??? Contacted Adobe and requested program deactivation and a refund, which was granted.

I'm now without any PSE as my version 12 has problems with Apple's Catalina...that is without reloading an earlier version of an iOS operating system (also declined)...now in fact I can't even uninstall the buggy program!
