Problems with Element14

New Here ,
Apr 10, 2017 Apr 10, 2017

I bought Element 14 about 4 year ago and it stopped allowing me to fix my downloaded photos saying I needed file space. I check my computer and I have PLENTY of room. I heard there is a problem with Elements14, but not with Elements 15. This looks like Adobe wants you to spend more money on a new program. Also Adobe support is horrible. Can anyone help me. I have Elements 13 on my computer, but I can't transfer the photos from 14 to 13. I need help.

Well, Elements 14 was first available one year and half ago.

The best info you can give for other users to help you would be to:

- check your Elements version (menu Help >> About Photoshop Elements)

- In the Help menu, also choose 'System info...', click on the pase button and paste the contents in your answer in this forum.

That will give necessary info about your version and your computer.

It's not clear either if you are still on the same computer and if you have already installed a newer version ?

If you can get the exact, word for word error message, that would help to know if you are short in memory or disk space.

Thanks. Is there any way to contact Adobe directly and speak or email them?
