Problems with Text in Photoshop 21. Letter size and underline appears frozen. Can't change either.

In my Photoshop 21 I was printing text on photos. Letter size froze as did  underline. Can't correct no matter what I do. Need to change letter size and don't want underline. Help!

Try resetting the preferences file. Go to the Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
