I bought my Wacom tablet in a two in one with Photoshop Elements 13 few years back, so far they've worked well together and served without any issues, but now trying to get back into drawing I've run into huge problem with them. When I try to draw I need to double tap to be able to create a line and by trying to draw normally the cursor/pointer disappears and just drags the screen, unlike when you use dragging tool or so. It happens the same with eraser, pen etc. If I disable Windows Ink I lose all pressure but it works fine otherwise on Photoshop, it has no problems on other programs aside from Photoshop and having either no pressure or having to doubletap to draw is having to choose between 2 unusable options for drawing. I have updated drivers, done a reset of preferences on both tablet and Photoshop without any success. I can't uninstall Photoshop and reinstall because I don't remember where my cd is currently located. One possibility of solving this would be finding a way to access pen pressure without having Windows Ink but after googling for hours I didn't find any proper answers to do so. I even contacted Wacom's support and now contacting Adobe's forums is my last chance.

Also this is the only way they let me to ask for support, whenever I try to get support it only gives option 'ask from community'. I can't even chat online and most likely this post will be never replied so it might aswell be dead end.

I've been having exactly the same issue for my Wacom, and I've tried the exact same actions you did to fix it, but nothing worked.
I noticed it all started when my computer updated to the most recent version of Windows 10. I tried to delay the problem by reversing the update and delaying it, but now my computer updated itself on it's own so it's apparently inevitable.
It seems o be a problem with the Windows update that isn't compatible with the software or the Wacom itself. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one facing this issue.
I think that as soon Windows notices they will do something about it? ... I hope so.

Hi, all. I too am having trouble using Photoshop Elements 13 and my Wacom 21ux. The pen will barely draw at all - if I press it on the screen, a dot will appear, and then maybe I can draw a few lines after that, but then nothing. I tried disabling my Windows Ink as has been suggested, but not only did that not fix the problem, it's now worse. Now, my Wacom and pen work just fine with my art program Xara, and it works fine with my old Photoshop Elements 4. So the issue HAS to be with Elements 13 and Windows 10. PLEASE FIX THIS ADOBE AND WINDOWS!!! Work together on this and fix this!!!! I can't use PS 13 now!
