MAC OS X 1-.12.3 I tried opening an image in PS 13 and got a message saying I had to sign in for a trial or re-license my program. I registered it again and now it crashes immediately upon a=requesting it to open an image. I'm furious, at this point, because CHAT sent me here and there is nothing here to help. NO PHONE!!!! Where are you, Adobe?????
I've owned this for a few years and PS 13 has certain things that the Creative Cloud does not. I want PS 13, and I want it working!
Shame on you, Adobe, for not having a phone support system for this. It is your product, bought and paid for by your customers.
My email is [personal information removed] I want a phone call or chat. This is beyond annoying. Now my time is being used to try to "fix" this instead of getting work done. If it can't be fixed, I want my money back. I didn't purchase this only to have it non-functional.
Thank you for your immediate reply.
Regards,
Carol Senske
PS: Did I say it enough? I'm upset!

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please try resetting Preferences once. To do so, keep Cmd + Shift + Option keys pressed while launching Editor.
A dialog will pop up asking to Delete Photoshop Elements Settings file. Say yes.
If the problem still persists, we would request you to please attach the crash logs here. Would help in better understanding of the issue.
TO get the crash logs, click on Show Details in crash report dialog that pops up when Editor crashes and paste the content here.
Thanks,
Anwesha

Thank you for your response. Since PS13 wouldn’t load, I couldn’t even get to Preferences if I knew to do that. I will keep this email as info that might be useful in the future, although I sincerely hope that problem will never show up again. I ended up reinstalling the program.
Have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Carol
