I have PS elements 14 on my PC that I've been using for several years. Now however, when I try to use it, it asks me to sign in. When I try to, it asks for activation code, which then says it's not valid. I've tried re'doing with redemption code too, but noting works. I contacted Adobe help desk, who were totally useless, and just told me that there is no technical help for my product, but offered to upgrade to new photoshop at £14 a month. That sucks, I'll be sure NEVER to buy anything from Adobe again.
Does anyone have a work through for this problem please? as I use this program quite a lot.
