PS Elements 14 not installing on new Mac

I own a PS Elements 14, and it won't transfer to my new Mac Desktop - OS Big Sur 11.4. 

This product was already installed the system on my old computer, but  is not installing again on to ne one

I re-downloaded it, but it has a no entry water mark over it. 

Please help

Do you want the bad news, or the really bad news?  It's the type of news that says "that version won't work on Big Sur, even though there are some reports of people "monkeying around" and getting it to "mostly work.".

The newest version has been on sale for $59 on Amazon- but that price is about to go away- and more than likely it's gonna bounce back up to $99 in the next couple of days.....

Does this mean Ventura OS will not run original version of Elements 14?

Correct.   it contains lots of 32 bit parts- and Apple killed off support for and 32 bit stuff.
