PS Elements 7 transfer images

I have PS Elements 7 installed on a win 7 pc and on a new win 10 pc.

I want to know  how to transfer all my images from the w7 pc to the w10 pc.

I have some albums and want to keep all of that intact transferring to the w10 pc.

I want to get some help prior to trying to do this myself.
