PS Elements Organizer har slutat att fungera

Jag använder PSElements 7.0 på Windows 10 och har fått problem. När jag startar Organizer får jag meddelandet "Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 (Organizer) har slutat att fungera." Har provat att ta bort prf- och dat-fil och med Ctrl-Shift-Alt vid start. Inget funkar. Kanske ominstallation men då måste jag ha mitt serienummer och hur får jag tag på det när jag inte ens kan starta programmet?

Please try out following steps and see if it helps;

  1. Launch Elements Organizer while keeping the Shift key pressed to open the Catalog Manager.
  2. In the Catalog Manager dialog, click New to create a catalog. Provide a name for the catalog, and then click OK.
  3. Launch the Preferences dialog (Ctrl/Cmd + K).
  4. In the Preferences dialog:
    • In the Media Analysis tab, deselect all checkboxes.
    • In the Files tab, deselect the checkboxes:
      --Automatically Search for and Reconnect Missing Files
      --Automatically Generate Thumbnails for Video Files
  5. Start Elements Organizer.
  6. If Organizer launches without any issues, switch back to your older catalog.
