PSE 12 Home page header is too big now. See below

My home page header is huge and i can't access the drop down menus because they are all squished together when they drop down?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling from  both the disk and the online link.

The program just seems unstable... the editor freezes etc.

Any ideas?
