PSE 13 doesn't recognize my I phone after Windows 10 upgrade

My PSE 13 doesn't recognize the I phone anymore-----so I am unable to download pictures from the phone to my desktop.  This has occurred after Windows 10 upgrade. Is there an update or do I need to buy PSE 15 to fix this?

PSE13 is no longer updated for latest operating system updates so the answer is no there are no updates.

To deal with your problem, you need to see if Windows is recognising your iPhone.  Launch File Explorer and see if you can browse the pictures using Microsoft Photo *Windows 10 APP for images).

If windows can identify your iPhone then there is no reason why PSE13 can't recognize it either.
