PSE 13

I am a LICENSED user of PSE 13.  Today, when I tried to open it up, the popup said I was using a "Trial Version" and that I only could use it ONE TIME.  How in the heck do I go about re-enabling it.  Chatted with Adobe,  ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.  They told me to post hear.

open pse>click help>click license (or something similar) and enter your serial number when prompted.
