Good afternoon, I am having an issue with my PSE 14 and my Surface Pen. It was working perfectly fine awhile ago, and then I updated PSE and Windows and now it doesn't work correctly. Whenever I go to use the pen with the brush tool, instead of performing the function of the brush it instead performs the function of the "hand" tool, (I don't remember the name, grab maybe?). It's frustrating because it worked perfectly beforehand, and now I can't use the pen whatsoever without getting frustrated. The only way to get it to do the brush option is to double tap with the pen on the screen, but that is touchy and doesn't like to work most of the time. It's not an issue with the pen, it works as it should in sketchpad as well as ArtRage 5, I have tried resyncing it but that didn't help, I have reinstalled both drivers for Windows and PSE, I have even replaced my pen nib. This is an issue with PSE only. I am hoping that you all may be of help, I really miss using photoshop for my art and this issue has hindered me quite a bit.
