Hi,
Have been using Photoshop Elements 15 from Windows Store. Getting blue screen on launch, following the Windows Creators Update. Had rolled back the Windows Update and PSE 15 worked fine. Unfortunately, Windows updated again automatically and I can now no longer roll back the update.
Microsoft helpdesk have done a system scan (sfc /scannow) and claim that the blue screen is related to a software issue. Using Surface Book and Windows 10 Professional (1709). Have Photoshop Elements 6 and Photoshop Premiere Elements 14 installed on same machine. Both work fine. Can anybody help? Thank you.
