In Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 I cannot use copy and paste or drag and drop. It works on everything else on my computer. I'm running windows 10

Are you in expert mode?

Try Ctrl+A (select all)

Ctrl+C to copy

Go to your other document/file and use Ctrl+V to paste
