PSE 15 copy & paste issue

I just upgraded to PSE 15. I tried to copy a photo from PSE 15 Organizer, which I've done in the past, and paste it into my Hallmark Car Studio application. The 'pasted picture' isn't shown, just the outline. I've never had this happen. I've opened my folder of pictures on my computer and successfully copied a picture and pasted it into the Hallmark application. So it must be something that has changed in PSE 15. I need help to figure this out, otherwise, I will be seeking a refund of my money and uninstalling PSE 15. This simple and often used function, coping and pasting, shouldn't be difficult.

Apology for the inconvenience caused.

Could you please try copying same media from elements organizer and then pasting it in any other application say Paint, and see if it works.

Share the media with which you are facing issue and a screenshot showing the issue.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I am able to copy and paste a picture into PowerPoint from PSE 15 Organizer (see attached 2017-02-15 PowerPoint), but not into Hallmark Studio Card .see attached (2017-02-15 Hallmark Studio). When I paste from PSE 15 Organizer into Hallmark Studio, all I see is the outline of the image. The image itself is never revealed. If you refer to the screenshot 2017-02-15 Hallmark Studio, you will be able to see the ‘outline’ of what supposed to be the picture I am attempting to paste on this page. Now in the past, I have been able to copy a picture (image) from PSE Organizer and paste it into Hallmark Studio without any issues. I’ve looked at the settings to see if there was a setting that needed to be changed, but can’t find one. I am able to go to my file of pictures on my hard drive and select a picture, copy it, and paste it into Hallmark Studio. So it isn’t Hallmark Studio’s problem from what I can determine. On the other hand, I am able to copy a picture/image from PSE 15 Organizer and paste it into PowerPoint. What is the difference between PowerPoint and Hallmark Studio? I hope you are able to set me straight. I use PSE and Hallmark to make birthday cards, etc., monthly for my family and friends. If I can’t use PSE 15 to find the pictures I want to use in a card in Hallmark Studio, then PSE 15 is of no use for me and I will have to uninstall it and seek a refund. I will have to go back to PSE 13 which didn’t give me this issue.

Make sure that you have either jpeg or png files.  Hallmark does not support psd.
