PSE 15 (Organizer) crashes when trying to print (Windows)

I am very much a novice PS user and primarily use it for organizing photos and the very rare touch-up.  I have updated PS.  Here is my issue--

I can't print.  It looks like it's going to print but halfway through it crashes.  It doesn't matter what or how I try to print it crashes every time.

I created an album to group photos for daughter's school project.  Once we had picked out all the photos (27 photos in all), I did a CTRL+A then a CTRL+P. It brought up the print menu.  Initially I selected "Picture Package" with 8 2.5x3.5 photos per page, not cropped to fit.  The print "percentage" got about halfway before PS crashed.

I reloaded PSE but this time selected "Individual Print" but still crashed.

I tried printing only 8 photos, 1 photo; various print sizes, etc. but still it crashes.  I have restarted my computer twice, restarted the printer twice, unplugged the printer for several minutes, all to no avail.  Here are my system specs in case that matters:

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Gigabyte EX58-UD4P motherboard

Intel Core i7 920@2.67GHz

6 GB RAM

Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 videocard

I am able to print outside of PSE just fine (including printing photos).

Hi THEKixAcelot,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try out the following solution:

1. Close the application.

2. Double click on application icon to launch. This will show the welcome screen.

3. Press CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you click the Organizer button.

4. A dialog will open. Click "yes" button to clear print preferences.

This will resolve your problem. Your feedback is really appreciated.

Thanks,

Rahul

Thank you for your prompt reply.  However, I get no such dialog box.

I double clicked on the desktop icon to launch and the welcome screen comes up.  I have three choices: Photo Editor, Organizer, Video Editor.  I select Organizer and it begins launching (brown screen where it shows the many names that created PSE).  I clicked CTRL-SHIFT-ALT during this loading screen and nothing happened.  PSE opens and it is on the "Media" tab with all of our photos; I clicked CTRL-SHIFT-ALT again and nothing happens.

Hi THEKixAcelot,

Once you see the welcome screen, hold CTRL+SHIFT+ALT on keyboard. Simultaneously, press Organizer with the mouse. A dialog will open. Click "yes" button to clear print preferences.

Kindly revert if you still face the same issue.

Thanks,

Rahul

I got a dialog box (it wasn't specifically print settings but it did say something about resetting).  It didn't work.

"Elements 15 Organizer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.  Close program"
