PSE 15 Stopped Working

Downloaded and installed PSE 15 and registered.

Win 10

When opened this message pops

Adobe PSE 15 has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is

available

Any ideas how to fix this?

Uninstall and then use the Adobe Cleaner Tool (Yes, it works for Photoshop Elements):

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Then reinstall.

It would be helpful if you can attach the Event Viewer logs here, we shall be able to guide you through the resolution steps upon seeing those logs.

My PSE 15 crashes on Windows 10 with the "Elements 15 Organizer has stopped working" error.

I have tried all the fixes mentioned throughout this forum to no avail. I have reinstalled PSE 15 only to have it crash again after importing my photos and adding a few tags.  It always crashes as soon as my catalog is loaded.

Any help is appreciated.

Es gibt eine Antwort aus einem anderen Chat:

• Für alle die das gleiche Problem haben. Ihr müsst unter Windows/System32 bei der *dll Datei (LavasoftTcpService64.dll) einen Strich davor machen (umbenennen) neu dann (-LavasoftTcpService64.dll). Danach funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei.

Wenn man das durchführt startet PSE15 und funktioniert.

Bei mir sind dann allerdings keine Drucker mehr installiert - das ist nicht gut. Mit dem ewigen umbenennen der *.dll kann man beides, aber nichts zusammen.

Für mich keine Lösung - mal abgesehen davon, das man in der System32 nichts zu ändern hat. Da dieses Problem mit WIN10 x64 und PSE15 schon länger besteht erwarte ich von Adobe hier sehr schnell eine profesionelle Lösung!!!
