PSE 15 (Windows Store) Crashes When Dragging Images

New Here ,

I noticed that when dragging images from one window to another window within PSE 15, the app will crash regularly. Can you tell me when this will be fixed?

Is this happening with Editor or Organizer?

Thanks,

While launching Editor, keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed. This will ask to delete Settings file. Say yes.

Let us know if issue still persists.

Thanks,
Anwesha

While holding Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys and launching editor it asked to "Skip loading optional and third party plugins", I selected Yes.

I have gotten a refund from Microsoft and will be downloading the desktop version from Adobe. Hopefully the Windows version will have the bugs worked out because this is a nicer way of purchasing apps.

??? Could you explain why? The general situation with both Microsoft and Apple stores is that it's very problematic to update for the updates between new versions; those versions must comply to those OS  specifications, which means really different versions to program and test... Much more programming work, more bugs (difficult to troubleshoot: are you even sure there yours is a bug and if it is linked to the store version or to a hardware driver?)

About refunds:

It's so obvious: use Adobe downloads for trial versions. Either it works or not. No need to ask for a refund.

I'm looking at giving the Photoshop Elements 18 Windows store app a try. After a bug-ridden PE15 Windows store app (which I had to get a refund)...I was hoping to get some type of confirmation that PE18 has worked through these problems and is a stable app before making the purchase.

If anyone could confirm the newly launched PE18 Windows store app is stable, please reply...thanks.
