PSE 2018 does not install on iMac

until now I had several attempts from adobe service to get my problem solved but still no success !!

either I get someone competent to get the installation issue solved now

or at least I need a refund for the payment

problem is that PSE2018 and PRE2018 is not installing on my iMac, always received error messages, support from adobe had been contacted already several times by seem not to be able to resolve issue.

the error message says SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

but not specified which, when checking against those on the provided page, I see that my iMac should be more than good enough to meet those

You can't do it from email.  You have to do it with a browser.

How do I attach a screenshot?

Mac OS

  • Shift + Command + 4
  • Drag the cursor to where you'd like to start one of the corners of the screenshot and press down and drag the mouse over the area you'd like to capture.
  • Release your mouse
  • The screenshot will be saved on your Desktop

  • To post the saved screenshot you need to be in the forum editor; either as a new topic, or as a reply in a topic requesting a screenshot.
