Just installed PSE 2019 from Apple Mac Store. The Organizer Preference under Editing sows no other option than to use the PSE editor. I have Photoshop CS6 installed and would like to use that, as I have in PSE11 that I've just upgraded from . Anyone else experienced this?

It’s likely an Apple restriction. The regular version (non-Apple Store) does include a preference to add an external editor. PSE11 and PSE 2019 will happily run side by side. They are both independent apps, if you have the space to keep both versions installed.
