Why is a slideshow limited to 250 pictures?

I am using trial ver it says limit of 250 pictures to slideshow.

I was not aware of a limit either.

Which slideshow are you talking about? The Project Assets slideshow, the Timeline slideshow or the Organizer Slideshow Creator?

It's apparently all the templates can hold.
