PSE 2020 cannot rotate HEIC images

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 cannot rotate HEIC images. It appears that the 2020 versions also lacked this ability.

Developers, please add the ability to rotate HEIC files! Converting the file to a legacy format is not an acceptable solution!

This is a user to user forum.  If you want to make a feature request to the developers, you can use this website.

I agree with your rotation request but if you're referring to jpeg as a legacy format, I think it will last longer than HEIC which has no utility other than to store more photos on smartphones.
