I want to install the program on two computers. I prefer a disk. However, if I download PSE to a USB drive, will the USB have the same info that is contained on a disk so that I can install the program on the two computers? Thanks.

Yes, using a USB drive or thumbstick is the recommended way for computers without a DVD reader.
The other advantage of a DVD is that it contains an installer for Windows plus one for Macs. Downloads are single platform.
I advise everyone using the direct downloads to keep a copy of the installer files; you might have problems to re-download them in a few years.
