I cannot get in to PSE 2020; I can sign in to Adobe, but afterwards I get nowhere.
It turns out to be a fault that had to be corrected by an Adobe adviser; something to do with Creative Cloud problem.
What is your actual Windows 10 version/build number? Sometimes people think they have the latest, but updates failed.
It says your operating system or does it say your internet browser is not supported?
Can you post a screenshot of the exact message?
If your serial number shows on the screen, please redact it before posting the screenshot.
