PSE 2020 Organizer, simple commands went from 2 seconds to 30+. New laptop, W10, not loaded, no encryption, malaware checked and all firewalls on, all in good order. Tried all tips/hints in varoius threads. Turned off cloud backup. Still lagging. Turned off wifi connection, at home, and it works as it should! Tried in office, works fine with wifi on/connected. Wifi at home is fast with Google wifi meshed network and others watching Netflix etc. Why this? Why does connected to/by wifi slow down my PSE2020?
