PSE 2022 won't "open" - encountered problem with graphics card

I'm running PSE 2022 on an HP Laptop running Windows 10-64 Home with Intel CORE i7  - my "Display adapters" show that I have:  Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620 and NVIDIA GeForce MX150

The software no longer open at all after I received an error message from "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 Editor": "Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disable enhancements which use the graphics hardware.  Check the manufacturer's website for the latest softwar.  Graphics hardware enhancement can be enabled in the performance panel of preferences."  I've tried to check to see if I have the latest drivers - HP & Windows updates both say I am "up to date" -

Should I delete PSE 2022 and Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and re-install them on my computer?  How exactly could I accomplish this as I purchase a "one time install" version?

- I am only slightly computer literate, so I would need very specific instructions, please.

Thank you for any help you may be able to give me!

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for Premiere Pro (and MAYBE Premiere Elements) use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
If you have a laptop you MAY also need to check for a laptop specific nVidia driver
Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/211969/Intel-HD-Graphics-Family

You MAY also need to select only one video adapter so your laptop isn't confused

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!  I really appreciate it!

I tried going to nvidia for an updated driver and the website tells me there is not one.

I'm a little wary of disabling anything on my laptop as I'm not very computer literate and afraid my other software programs may be affected.

I tried again to open PSE 2022 and when I got the error message, I clicked "OK" and it only let me open the EDIT menu in PSE 2022 Editor.  It advised me to go to EDIT>PREFERENCES>PERFORMANCE> and put a check on "Use Graphic Processor for Improved Performance" - which I did.  (I noticed that PSE Editor only "detected" the Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620).

I'll see how this goes - at least now I seem to be able to open the entire menu for PSE Editor but I haven't "used" it yet to see if this cleared the error message.  (Strange that this problem was new this month and I've had PSE 2022 for over 6 months with no problems or error messages.  I wonder if this is being generated by a PSE 2022 update...)
