Installed PSE 2022 from a DVD. When I import pictures from camera to organisor, I do not see the pictures, but only the backside of a picture, a flower, so I cannot select pictures for importing.
When pictures are imported the created folder is not visible. Than I must first go to the top folder and choose "show all subfolders", than it is shown. When I go that the newly created folder the pictures are not visible. First I must select the folder and choose for "import media", only than they are visible.
this problem exists on 2 computers, I contacte service desk and they do not have a solution. I am rather sick of the non-support of Adobe. What a bad service.
