PSE 2024 editor preferances

Im a long time user of PSE. I started on PSE 11, then PSE 2018 and now PSE 2024. So far, Im not impressed with PSE 2024.

In on Win 10. When I go into the editor, the screen is very large and I cant save the display preferances because the OK button isnt visable. The Settings are set at 200% and that is the likely cause of the extremely large editor preferance screen BUT the OK button isnt showing and I cant change the settings. I also cant  move the page to the left to show the button.

Ive tried changing my master display resoltuion just to be able to see the screen. Nothing seems to work.

Any inputs are appreiated. The catelog looks fine. Im only having this issue with the editor.

In any of the Preferences dialogs pressing Enter on the keyboard should do the same as clicking on the Okay button.
