Community Beginner ,

Windows 11 with PSE 2024 organizer, why would the Help menu - System info not work? All I get is a spinning circle and no response.

Any way to get this to work?

On my computer, it can sometimes take a long time (one to two minutes) to complete the task. Sometimes it opens instantly. Be patient and it will open.
